NORME DI CONDOTTA E D’USO DELLA COMMUNITY LIFE BEYOND TOURISM®
(per persone giuridiche e fisiche)
Accedendo alla Community Life Beyond Tourism® di secondo livello l’utente accetta di essere vincolato legalmente alle seguenti condizioni d’uso.
1. L’utente è responsabile della riservatezza e correttezza delle proprie credenziali di autenticazione per l’accesso al portale nonché dell’esattezza dei propri dati personali da lui stesso inseriti all’atto dell’iscrizione.
L'utente si impegna a non cedere o divulgare, direttamente o indirettamente a terzi la password personale e si impegna a comunicare immediatamente alla “Life Beyond Tourism® Organization” qualsiasi eventuale furto e/o smarrimento e/o uso non autorizzato da parte di terzi della propria password non appena avutane conoscenza al fine di evitare un uso improprio della Community Life Beyond Tourism®.
2. In caso di violazioni delle presenti norme L'amministratore web e lo staff di “Life Beyond
Tourism® Organization” si riservano, a proprio insindacabile giudizio, il diritto di revocare in
qualsiasi momento e senza preavviso l'iscrizione di un utente al portale della Community.
3. Ciascun utente è unico responsabile della corretta gestione dei contenuti da lui stesso inseriti nel portale. Verranno effettuati backup periodici dell’intero sistema, ivi comprese immagini e commenti, al solo scopo di gestione tecnica del portale e rispondenza a norme di legge , i backup saranno conservati per tempi non superiori a 6 mesi salvo che non insorgano altre legittime finalità. I backup non sono effettuati per uso dell’utenza, che dovrà provvedere autonomamente a dotarsi di copie dei contenuti inseriti sul portale. Qualora, eccezionalmente, un utente chiedesse supporto allo staff di “Life Beyond Tourism® Organization” per ripristinare alcuni contenuti andati persi, “Life Beyond Tourism® Organization” potrà richiedere un contributo spese.
4. Non sono ammesse fotografie, immagini e collage a sfondo pornografico, osceno, erotico o a favore della pedofilia e comunque che possano ledere la sensibilità altrui.
5. Non è consentito pubblicare foto che siano d'offesa a qualsiasi tipo di religione e/o contenenti messaggi discriminatori, razzisti, offensivi dei diritti umani;
6. Non è consentito pubblicare fotografie con scopi contrari all'ordine pubblico, alla morale, al buon costume e/o a sfondo politico.
Nel forum non saranno ammesse discussioni di carattere politico in nessuna delle sezioni.
7. Non è consentito pubblicare foto e immagini contenenti dichiarazioni, informazioni false,
ingannevoli o quelle il cui unico scopo sia quello di fare una qualsiasi pubblicità non autorizzata usando il nostro sistema.
8 Ogni Utente resta unico responsabile per tutto il materiale (informazioni, articoli, immagini,
integrazioni ad articoli già pubblicati, correzioni etc.) da lui eventualmente pubblicato sull’intero portale, sia in riferimento alla sua esattezza/coerenza/correttezza, sia in riferimento tutte le norme di legge applicabili, ivi comprese le norme sul diritto d’autore e sulla proprietà intellettuale ed il D. Lgs. 196/2003 “codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali”. [Nota: Non è possibile pubblicare contenuti in forma anonima. Lo Staff sarà sempre in condizioni di associare ogni contenuto presente sul Portale all’utente che lo ha pubblicato]
9. Lo staff provvederà a oscurare precauzionalmente dal portale tutti i contenuti per cui venga segnalato qualche inconveniente riguardo appunto a esattezza, a correttezza, a norme sul diritto d’autore e sulla proprietà intellettuale, al rispetto del D. Lgs. 196/2003 “codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali”, nonché a violazioni di una qualsiasi norma di legge applicabile ai contenuti oggetto di segnalazione.
A tal proposito si invitano gli utenti a contribuire all’efficacia della piattaforma segnalando
qualsiasi elemento negativo da loro riscontrato.
10. Qualora Life Beyond Tourism® sia citata in giudizio su iniziativa di terze parti in merito alla condotta, all’inserimento di contenuti o alla modalità d'utilizzo del servizio da parte di un Utente della community, questi accetta implicitamente di manlevare integralmente la “Life Beyond Tourism® Organization” da qualsiasi responsabilità per danni e da ogni pretesa avanzata da terzi, nonché a rimborsare ogni spesa e ogni danno economico causati direttamente o indirettamente all’associazione nell'ambito delle azioni legali.
11. E’ proibito violare o tentare di violare la sicurezza del sito, incluso l’accesso a sezioni e/o dati riservati. Si segnala che l’amministratore di sistema ha tutti gli strumenti atti a risalire alla provenienza degli eventuali attacchi. Usate il sistema, non abusatene!
12. Non è consentito l’uso di Materiale e/o Contenuto e/o Fotografie senza espressa autorizzazione dell’autore/proprietario/avente diritto.
13. Non è consentito l’uso del contenuto dell’intero sito www.lifebeyondtourism.com e relativi sottodomini senza espressa autorizzazione dell’amministratore web.
14. Questo sito e il suo staff proibisce pratiche quali lo spamming e invio di pubblicità occulta o informazioni non autorizzate e/o non attinenti al tema del “Turismo dei valori”.
15. E’ gradito un comportamento di controllo e rispetto del regolamento della Community da parte degli stessi utenti che la compongono. Se un utente nota un comportamento non
conforme alle regole, è pregato di segnalarlo quanto prima. Lo staff e i moderatori della Community avranno così modo di valutare caso per caso e decidere i provvedimenti da prendere.
16. Le decisioni dello Staff sono insindacabili, eventuali contestazioni devono essere mosse in forma privata. Lo Staff, l’amministratore ed i moderatori del sito hanno il diritto di bloccare gli atteggiamenti ed i comportamenti non conformi al regolamento, in tal caso sarà sospeso l’account dell’Utente contravventore.
Non è possibile utilizzare i servizi offerti da www.lifebeyondtourism.com in assenza dell’integrale accettazione delle presenti “NORME DI CONDOTTA E D’USO DELLA COMMUNITY LIFE BEYOND
TOURISM®.
Le condizioni d’uso possono essere aggiornate in qualsiasi momento in relazione a mutamenti di norme dello Stato o all’evoluzione del progetto (es.: introduzione/attivazione di nuovi servizi), pertanto è opportuno da parte dell’utente controllare con frequenza queste pagine per conoscerne le eventuali modifiche, dato che l’uso dei servizi di www.lifebeyondtourism.com
implica la completa accettazione delle condizioni d’uso nella loro formula aggiornata.
Qualora le modifiche comportassero nuovi obblighi per l’Utente o cambiamenti sostanziali sarà nostra premura avvisarlo di tali modifiche, con comunicazioni pubblicate direttamente sul sito, in apposita sezione o con altri mezzi ritenuti più idonei.

CODE OF GOOD CONDUCT AND TERMS OF USE OF THE LIFE BEYOND TOURISM® COMMUNITY
(for juridical and natural persons)
By accessing the second-level Life Beyond Tourism® Community, the user tacitly accepts and agrees to the following terms of use.
1. The user is responsible for the maintaining the confidentiality and correctness of his/her authentication credentials for accessing the portal, as well as for the exactness of the personal data entered by him/her at the time of registration.
The user agrees not to directly or indirectly transfer or divulge his/her personal password to third parties and agrees to communicate any theft and/or loss and/or unauthorized use by third parties of the password to the “Life Beyond Tourism® Organization” as soon as he/she becomes aware of same, in order to avoid improper use of the Life Beyond Tourism® Community.
2. The web administrator and staff of the “Life Beyond Tourism® Organization” reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to revoke the registration of any Community portal user who fails to abide by these terms, at any time and with no prior notice.
3. Each user is solely responsible for correct management of any contents he/she may post on the
portal. The entire system, including images and comments, will be periodically backed up for the sole reasons of facilitating technical management of the portal and meeting the requirements set by law; the backups will be kept for a period not in excess of 6 months unless other legitimate causes should arise. The backups are not created for the use of the user public; users are solely responsible for creating copies of the contents they enter on the portal. In exceptional cases, should a user request the support of the “Life Beyond Tourism® Organization” staff for restoring lost contents, the “Life Beyond Tourism® Organization” may request a contribution to cover expenses.
4. Photographs, images, and/or collages with pornographic, obscene, or erotic contents or that favor pedophilia or that in any way may offend third-party sensibilities are not admissible.
5. Photographs that may offend any type of religion and/or containing messages that are discriminatory, racist, or offensive to human rights may not be published.
6. Photographs whose purpose is contrary to public order and/or morality and/or that are indecent and/or of a political nature may not be published.
The forum will not accept any political discussions in any of its sections.
7. Photographs and images containing false or misleading statements or information or photographs whose sole scope is to advertise in any unauthorized manner, using our system, may not be published.
8. Users are solely and singly responsible for the accuracy/logical consistency/correctness all the material (information, articles, images, material integrating previously-published articles, corrections, etc.) published by themselves anywhere on the portal, and for its compliance with all applicable laws, including current authors rights and intellectual property protection laws and regulations and Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 “Personal Data Protection Code.” [Note: it is not possible to publish contents in anonymous form. The staff will always be able to associate any contents present on the portal with the user who published it.]
9. As a precautionary measure, the staff will black out from the portal any contents in regard of which any inadequacy concerning their accuracy, correctness, compliance with authors rights and intellectual property laws and with Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 “Personal Data Protection Code” has been reported and/or which in any way violate any law or regulation applicable to the contents.
We accordingly invite users to contribute to the efficacy of the platform by reporting any negative elements that may come to their attention.
10. Should legal action be brought against Life Beyond Tourism® by third parties for improper conduct, entry of contents, or the ways in which the service is used by a Community user, said user implicitly agrees to release the “Life Beyond Tourism® Organization” from any and all liability for damages for any and all claims advanced by third parties as well as to reimburse all expenses and all economic damages directly or indirectly caused to the association pursuant to the legal actions in question.
11. Violation of site security, including accessing reserved sections and/or data, is expressly prohibited. Note that the system administrator is in possession of all the tools required for identifying the source of any attempted unauthorized access. Use the system, don’t abuse it!
12. No Material and/or Contents and/or Photographs may be used without the express authorization
of the author/owner/entitled persons.
13. No Contents on any part of the www.lifebeyondtourism.com site and relative sub-domains may be used without the express authorization of the web administrator.
14. This site and its staff prohibit such practices as spamming and hidden advertising or diffusion of unauthorized information and/or information not pertinent to the Value-Based Tourism theme.
15. The users making up the Community are expected to exercise control and to abide by
Community regulations. Should a user note conduct not in accordance with the rules, he/she is
invited to report it immediately. The Community staff and moderators will thus be able to
evaluate the single cases and decide on appropriate action.
16. The decisions of the Staff are final; any contestations must be presented in private form. The
Community staff, administrator, and moderators reserve the right to discourage any behavior and
conduct not in compliance with the regulations; in this case, the account of the infringing user
will be suspended.
The services offered by www.lifebeyondtourism.com may not be used unless these “CODE OF
GOOD CONDUCT AND TERMS OF USE OF THE LIFE BEYOND TOURISM® COMMUNITY” are accepted in full.
These terms of use are subject to update at any time to reflect changes in Italian law and/or evolution of the project (e.g., introduction/activation of new services), and for this reason it is advisable that the user consult these pages frequently to remain abreast of changes, since use of www.lifebeyondtourism.com services implies full acceptance of the terms of use as updated.
Should the aforesaid modifications generate new duties for users or substantial changes, we will advise users of said modifications in communications published on the site, in a section for that purpose, or through other means if such are held to be more suitable.
